Brownie Esme wanted to make a difference to other young people’s lives and after hearing about the Little Princess Trust and what the charity does she decided to get involved. Using people’s hair donations, the charity provides wigs for children and young people who have lost their hair through illnesses including cancer.
Esme was very keen to raise money to support the charity as well as donating her hair. She was super excited to have been able to share 12 inches of her hair and raise an amazing £1,060 for such a wonderful cause
Her family and her Brownie unit are so proud of her.
Esme said "I feel so proud that my hair has helped children in need and I can’t believe I raised all that money".
